Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Cobinar Phone (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

"Cobinar" means the operator of cobinar.com and its sub-products. "Developer" means a person or organization that registers for a developer account. "End User" means a user who authenticates through an application built by a Developer using the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to impersonate another user's virtual phone identity.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent authentication flows.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe the API beyond its documented surface.
• Resell or sublicense access to the API without prior written consent from Cobinar.
• Exceed rate limits in a way that degrades service quality for other Developers.

3. Developer responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your application's compliance with applicable laws in all jurisdictions where your End Users are located. You must store credentials (Client Secret, API Key, Webhook Secret) securely and rotate them promptly if they are compromised. Cobinar is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from credential mismanagement.

4. Service availability

Cobinar Phone is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability across Cloudflare's global edge network but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where practical.

5. Free plan limits

Free accounts are limited to 10 projects and 5 applications. Rate limits apply per application and per IP address. Cobinar reserves the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its source code, design, and documentation are owned by Cobinar. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own applications.

7. Termination

Cobinar may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms or for activity that poses a security risk to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cobinar's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid Cobinar in the 12 months before the claim. Cobinar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to the email address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
